Love your content!!! So true about what we put in our body.. & that also includes what we put on our skin. We should try & be mindful of the products we’re using, a lot of them are full of chemicals & endocrine disrupters. I know it’s not easy to cut all the bad stuff out, but even just one can make a difference. Your journey is inspiring 💛

There is a very fine line between the self-love you are describing and becoming selfish and not doing the responsibilities 1 has towards others because we keep ourselves before everyone else.

I prefer to just work hard. And yes, discipline is the most important thing. However, my experience has been that people hate discipline, and the one who tries to have discipline is labeled the troublemaker.
