Hi! I take Lion’s Mane every day. I put it in my coffee, tea or food I prepare. Will not be with our it! I also eat or drink with it Reishi, Chaga, cremeini, shiitake. Then a blend of lion’s mane, chaga, cordyceps, reishi, turkey tail, shitake, &maitake daily!!!

Take all this information with caution. I have taken a mixture of mushrooms, Lions mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, and many others. I take them as insurance, hopefully they do help, but I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my health, cognition.
