I did not know that this reishi mushroom could be used as a health method, although it could have side effects.

"Molecule"? There's no singular molecule in there but several. It's very good for anxiety.
Did he just say it contains Ashwagandha? That's a different herb altogether. But with good synergistic effects I guess. It doesn't contain it. That's just stupid.

As interesting as video seemed it throws doubt on it when claiming Reishi mushrooms contained Ashwagandha❓. ❗THEY DONT CONTAIN ASHWAGANDHA❗- ONLY PREPARED PREPERATIONS WILL CONTAIN BOTH REISHI & ASHWAGANDHA.
