My problem is I have strong word of mouth base and when I run Google ads the referral clicks on the first ad and when I ask them how they heard about me they say this or that person recommend so wasting money because when they looked up they click the ad

Why are you letting this contractor blow $500 for potentially 4 leads per month - if that average holds.. Allowing his campaign to pay $25 per click seems high. There has to be a better strategy. I’d fire you already
