Moses also saved his people out of slavery as Jesus freed His people from the slavery of sin/death. Moses offered up his life to save his people from their rebellion, Jesus literally gave His life for us sinners to be saved from punishment. Moses went up to the mountain to speak with God and was up there long enough that the Israelites were wondering if he would ever return. Jesus went up to the Father in Heaven and people say, “why hasn’t Jesus returned yet? What is He waiting for in mocking ways”.

To be a prophet like Moses, you must speak to God face to face and perform miracles to prove that God speaks to you face to face. Then, you need to worship Him for these privileges by offering sacrifices as a priest.
