I traveled to Japan last dec with my wife with full hijab. Alhamdulillah everyone treated us with kindness. One japanese man even come to us to help with the directions after he probably saw how lost we are 😂. The muslim friendly facilities are plenty and we will definitely go there again. It is such a beautiful country.

I lived a 1/3 of my life in Japan. A lot of Japanese are starting to notice how muslims in Japan are starting to demand things like prayer rooms in various places and halal food options everywhere. Quietly a lot of people wonder why people would come to Japan and want to change it to be more like where they came from. Then there’s the multiple vandalizing done by muslims to shrines and temples. I think if you’re going to live in Japan, then strive to live like a Japanese. Don’t call on Japanese society to change because of your religion and narcissism. You’re in Japan because it’s not like where you came from…

I am Japanese and I live in Shiga prefecture and I have a friend who is muslim but shes a foreign and come from Malaysia! They moved here I think a year ago! shes very kind and its a very beautiful religion.

Just a reminder, For you all are just guest here no matter how long you stay in Japan learn to know your place and Japanese ppl & the government wouldn’t have any problem with you !
