Print the SHARPEST miniatures by changing ONE parameter

Do you know how we, at Loot Studios, get awesome prints? To show you the way we do it, we are launching a video series about resin 3D printing. This is the 1st of many videos, and we're talking about UV light exposure time and how important this setting is. Changing this parameter on chitubox or any other slicer is already halfway through to getting excellent results with standard desktop printers available on the market.

In this video, we're going to show you how to avoid wasting material and time with simple tests, in order to find the best configuration for the printer you have at home.

This is a video about the layer exposure time and explores calibration using the XP2 validation matrix test chip, for any veterans who want to quickly know if this video is covering something they're already familiar with.

It's nice to see the professionals explaining WHILE demonstrating the effects of these settings. Definitely Helpful and want to know more.

I think people would appreciate a video on things to consider when selecting a resin.

Julia if you were my math teacher back in school, I wouldn't suck at mathematics right know. The way you explain things without making them sound difficult is just astonishing. I salute you.

I like to imagine this video is to tell the people constantly complaining about loot supports that their settings are wrong

I've been watching resin printing vids for over a year now. I have yet to invest money in a printer. I will most assuredly be watching this vid and more from you when I finally take the plunge. Thank you.

I'm not gonna lie, it was very pleasing to hear Juilia say Chitubox and it sound like Shitubox because of her accent 😂 She wouldn't be wrong! long live Lychee hahah 😁

hank you for these tips. I just recently bought an Elegoo Saturn, so I'm still very new to it.

So far I haven't had any misprints, but the prints are very hard to get off the platform and the supports are really hard (3.5s exposure time vegetable resin).

I will try to go down with the exposure time.

By the way: I think it's good that Julia speaks so slowly and clearly. Even as a non-English speaker you understand her very well :)

I'd love to see a video on the lesser known settings that you can barely find anything on the internet for: Lift and Retract speed and AA

Holy crap. Absolutely marvelous. This is a must watch video for anyone who is 3D printing. I've started doing resin mixes, and this info will help me nail down the exposure times. Looking forward to future videos, but I personally would like to see one on lift speed, height, and light on delay. There is just so much... I wouldn't say bad information, but biased or misinformation out there. Thank you so much for doing this.
