Senior leadership teams hold a lot of responsibility within a business, and when your leaders aren’t aligned there is a flow on effect on to a team’s performance as a whole.

You might have been in leadership situation where you don’t quite see eye to eye with colleagues, or perhaps have felt the effect of a small miscommunication snowballing and creating major repercussions.

If we’re not aligned as leaders, we can end up going over the same things again again and again, and spending far too much of our time bogged down in the detail, instead of tackling the big dominos that will have a positive effect on the business.

Equally importantly, if we’re not aligned, there is a much higher chance that our team will not be aligned either and sense the division.
