Upgrading Junk Cars to NEW CARS in GTA 5!

I found some junk cars in GTA 5 and I am going to get them upgraded to brand new cars that I can use for my taxi company! Let's head over to the junk yard and see what we can get and then visit my mechanic to get these cars upgraded!
