How to Hardware Reset on Your Phone | ASUS SUPPORT

When you try to perform a reset and find that you cannot access the reset options through the system settings on your phone, you can use the hardware reset to restore your phone to factory settings.

Note:
1. All data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset. (Note: Once reset was performed, all the data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization)
2. Before performing a reset, please ensure the battery life is higher than 15%, or charge the phone during reset process.
3. When a reset starts, it will take about 4-8 minutes before setup wizard appears.

This doesn't work for the Asus zenfone max m2. On pressing vol up & power together it just leads to csc fastboot and there is no option to get to Recovery mode and wipe the data clean. Please help Asus Support

Hello, I have issue, My ASUS zenfone 5 ZE620KL wont start up. When i press power button it is loading until ASUS logo and then it shutdown. When I tried this tutorial, my device only showed "fastboot menu"

What happens if I don't remember my google account password? My phone is Zenfone 3S Max, and I can't unlock the phone because the UI system is down and the keyboard is't working, everything else is fine but I can't type the password to get in. The list of google account passwords are also inside and I can't access them. If I can't log in with the google account, do I lose my backed-up data too?
