This is so confusing. Wikipedia would say that the generated wave is right hand circular polarization. But the “thread” is left handed. When you look at the generated wave in time it makes a clockwise pattern in a plane from the view of the source.
I Think ieee would say that this is left, but that is from the perspective of the receiver
