I do this with the straight bar, it's a most every back day. I can feel it so good in my lats

I work out at home and resistance bands are also good for this. The kind with the handles, anchor and attachable rubber tubes.

“The cable pullover is amazing because it works the entire lat.” Literally any exercise that works the lat works the entire lat. A muscle either contracts or it doesn’t. You can’t contract only part of it.

I do these with straight W bar on my push days; I feel my triceps more tho than really anything else

I've always called that a straight arm pulldown. Although, the old nautilus pullover machine is done from that same angle🤔
