You kind of need to consider the recipient. First, not every email provider will support 20MB file attachments. Some are MUCH less. More like 2MB. Second, is the recipient _expecting_ that large file? Anyone trying to send me an unsolicited video attachment is going to end up _blocked._

Is this a new feature? I've tried to send larger files to recipients. When they click on a Drive link, it asks me to grant them permission.
