I’ve found that I really enjoy having the sole of my feet massaged, but any pressure more than lightly touching the top of my feet is incredibly painful. Is that normal? I know there are a lot of small metatarsal bones, so maybe that’s why? I don’t wear heels. I only ever go barefoot at home, sneakers, sandals, or boots when I’m out.
