1ST AMENDMENT AUDIT DOVER, NH POLICE (PASS) OR (FAIL) CHECK IT OUT

I was at the Dover NH police department Conducting a First Amendment Audit.
The communications window was not allowing transparency for my viewers and pulled the curtain down as he asked for my name, 😄
I asked for a complaint form to see how the process works I spoke with Lieutenant Scott pettingill as of what he said they do not have one and you would have to speak with an officer first or write it out yourself on lined paper, email or somewhat Anonymously.

They do that to intimidate people from filing one. There should be a law that all police station have to have paper forms and must be displayed in the public lobby.

these personal complaint procedures are from a long gone time when people still trusted police and had no fear of retaliation obvsly.

Well they work for the people so at the next town meeting it should be first and foremost voted to have standard procedure to have a complaint form. (Accountability) ( Accountability) (Accountability) there’s not a police department in the country that shouldn’t have a complaint form as standard procedure.

ALL PUBLIC employees need REAL TIME film/audio recordings UPLOADED TO A PUBLIC "the employers" DATA STORAGE CLOUD available for their employer's to be able to view... cameras and audio that cant be tampered with would make our public servants feel safe and show how hard they work.. very simple problem solving..

Anyone wishing to file a complaint may request a complaint form at the Newport Police Department or speak directly to a supervisor.

I thought it was required by law for police departments to have officer complaint forms.
The face-to-face proceds that they invented is to intimidate people out of complaint and takes away from submitting anonymous complaints. This intimidation is to keep their complaints below their targets

When cops tell you the complaints process requires face-to-face complaint to an officer, as them how do people submit anonymous complaints and is it legal to remove that option?

Some police departments have their own complaint procedures which involves not filling out a form but speaking with an officer instead who will take the information.
