Whose calling Mic Jagger old???I think he might have something to say about this and just shake his head, "no". I have seen lots of segments on his diet and he's really food concious if what he eats. He's also a fitness fanatic. Most likely he has people on these matters he can consult with. You have to admire his commitment and dedication to doing this. Mic will "always be forever young"! The Rolling Stones are welcome to the states anytime they want to come. Even better if they do some impromptu singing!

Let's not forget. Its great he eats bealthy..but for one..his father was a school gym teacher. Taught mick..an his younger brother Christopher. The meaning of exercise..every day before they both went to school. N it stuck with .ick his whole life..even in those crazy..drug filled 60's an 70's...ick dabbled in dryggs..but he was knowhere into it like his other glimmer twin counterpart keef..richards..like! Night an day practically..and let's be honest.
Jagger! For the past 60 years. Never had to want for anything..didnt have to work a 60 hr..work week. Get all dirty. Tired..makin shit money ect..let's be completely honest here. Hes lived the life of KINGS.. thee..best of everything..
