I first saw Joan Rivers in 1981 in Las Vegas. I didn't hear anything because my mother had her hands over my ears the entire time. Although the crowd was on the floor laughing, so I knew as a 12 year old that this woman was special. RIP Joan, we all miss you so much.

She was stronger and more straight forward than 99.9% of Hollywood and New York and Atlanta’s media giants combined!!!
There were few, who was smart, witty and funny and fast enough to keep up with her!!!
Amazing, impressive, and impossible to replicate and/ or replace!!!
Respect for Joan Rivers!!!
Only one in a century!!!
We were lucky to experience her genuine unique talent, unstoppable fun, art, humor, honesty and genius!!!
You can make angels and ghosts laugh, Joan! We miss you, Girl!!!

Dave may have gotten up and walked away. But quickly returned to celebrate one if the greatest comedians America has ever had. Few know how generous Ms.Rivers was, even to absolute strangers. She never forgot her own hardships.

I was lucky enough to have seen her live back on July 7, 2013 @ Foxwoods Casino in CT & she was absolutely amazing. She offended everybody. It didn’t matter what color you were, your sexuality, whether you were heavy or thin she just said it all and none of us could stop laughing because it was just so funny. She was amazing live.

Joan & Judge Judy were close friends, that must have been a hoot to be a fly on the wall during their luncheons

She had no filter . Sometimes good ….sometimes not so good but she was certainly a master of quick wit and repartee.
