I really wish they had the Black Edition in white in 2020. I got the black one and it is impossible to keep clean, yes. I also think the white looks great!

It’s worth mentioning, only the Ridgeline comes standard with a native class III towing kit with 7-pin connector on all trim levels, capable of 5k lbs towing at time of purchase.

Most midsized-pickups are max 2k lbs tow from bumper; without a trim upgrade that includes a towing kit and or an accessories upgrade from the dealership.

Damn I love this truck so much but they need to step up the tech and I need bigger tires lol been holding off the last two years maybe I just change out the tires and touch screen myself.

Good review. I am hoping for a Hybrid this year. Was going to get the Maverick but no AWD in the Hybrid.
Cheers

What about safety? Handsfree cruise control? Lane assist?

I have a 2021 RTLE. Wireless charger only works part time. Doesn’t matter the phone position or if the case is on or off. Other than that and the not so great mpgs I love the truck.

The Ridgeline has always impressed me but it would be great for Honda to make a version you can modify with a suspension lift and things like that.

All these ppl bitching about the RL tech. Apparently none of you have ever owned a taco or tundra. The RL is light years ahead of Toyota trucks in the tech department. I’m completely satisfied and happy with my 2022 Ridgeline black edition. Came from a trd tundra pro.

The touchscreen needs help! Looks Very outdated. Not impressed with the cluster either.

Has Honda update the infotainment. The 2021 had old technology

Why is the top trunk in the mid-size market so unpopular? Very rarely do I see a Ridgeline on the highway

Lower the price and increase gas mileage. Full size F-150 gets better mileage.

Buyer Beware with Holmes Honda!!! Enquired about this exact truck one day before this video was posted, website lists price as MSRP $45, 940… took asking the online agent multiple times before disclosing the actual sales price is $55, 900!!! Yes, they are adding a $10, 000 markup!!! Plus, an additional $2, 500 out of market adjustment if the buyer is more than 2 hours of the dealership!🤣🤣🤣 Makes my local dealer’s added $2, 000 in installed options look like a bargain!!!

I own a 2014 Ridgeline Special Edition with a full size spare tire. This new model can not fit a full size tire in the trunk. So this new Ridgeline is a local commuter, and not designed for long trips. So I still have my 2014 with 45, 000 miles on it. No reason to trade it in when they downgraded the vehicle. Every model of the first gen has AWD. They downgraded it. A ECU flash will give the first gen 20hp more like the new models since its the same engine. I also hate the center console shifter in the new model. I like my column shifter in the first gen, it takes up less room. I have more space.

The Ridgeline is nothing more than a Pilot with a truck bed.
