Deposit value itself is incorrect unless you are talking about starting in a tier 3/4 city with no customers. Minimum deposit amount should be around 250000 even in outskirts of Mumbai . Plus you need to add 6 months minimum working capital in hand that's around ( You agree business will not pickup from first day itself) So just total of working capital + deposit itself is 15Lacs. Add balance 6.5 lacs from your calculations and someone who is mustering the courage to start a restaurant should have minimum 25lakhs to start it. Else don't take risk.

Achha...That was quite accurate . Now can you give any link of your videos where the execution of material are explained. Like how the materials can be reached, how to maintain consistency with persons or sources where raw materials are brought up to the kitchen, how to prepare the kitchen before the restaurant opens, how to manage menu etc, what should be the materials to keep in stock what should be the runnin imports of materials, continuity in execution etc etc . Please Provide the link if there is any such video or if there isn't then guide it through a new one.

Fixing budget and then planing always makes sense ; nowadays 8lk may be enough in tier 2 or below otherwise we build kitchen, takeaway and open restaurant model to avoid huge rental advances
