Haven't watched a lot of Filipino movies but I happened to watch two in a row where the man ends up going back to his wife. (One had English subtitles and the other didn't, so I probably missed a lot of the subtleties of the story.) Can anyone tell me if the majority of Filipino films have the man returning to the wife? Do people just expect that to be the ending?
