I studied using the aleks website itself and I gotta say that’s all you need. I went from a 36 on my first unprepared test to a 75 and all it took was to just to hunker Down for a week and study with the ALEKS pie chart. You don’t need a course to prep for this!

EDIT: I can’t send link because I lost access I apologize. However, the pie wheel can be found in the main module once you have connected with your school and have taken the initial diagnostic test. Good luck!

I’m in differential equations now but when I first took the test I only scored into a 30. I retook it until I placed into calculus, you just have to work hard.

I took the exam earlier and I graduated about a month ago. I blanked on so many questions I felt so dumb it’s been so long since I’ve done any of the problems given 😭

I’ve been covering topics on Khan Academy for over 2wks now just to do great in my Aleks test. I took the test yesterday and it was really easy for me thanks to my prerequisite studies but when I got graded I got a 41 and that’s very unacceptable because I thought I’d have a high 70 or even greater after answering the 25 questions but I have no idea how I scored too low. I invested more time into studying than any other test I’ve ever taken. I will be retesting again and this time they better give me my real score

John, great video. I graduated HS about 15 years ago and immediately joined the military. Well, I've recently gotten out and I am going to university in January. I have forgotten just about everything I've learned in HS, but I will be taking my placement tests within the next 1 to 2 weeks. Is there any preparation you can recommend for this?
