Rainbow String Pieced Quilt - A New Scrap Challenge! #25/7

My scrap journey continues this week, with me at my sewing machine making another wonderfully colourful quilt. I enjoyed making this one ever so much - it is a lovely block to make. I made this in a very spontaneous way - choosing the fabrics intuitively, and not thinking about a particular colour palette. The end result is a rainbow quilt top! I am thrilled with it.

Dear Kate, I agree with Emily Barnes, all cleaning must come to a halt while I enjoy this lovely, creative video with you. * Your influence has brought a big change to my sewing life (in the near future). Kate, thanks to your industry and inspiration, and because the tariffs are coming, a couple of days ago I realized this was probably the last opportunity I have financially, to get a Juki 5550N industrial sewing machine; which I bought online, from a great company. The shipping was very high $500, but as we all know, a lot of things will be entirely out of reach soon. Because of you, and the fact that this is my 70th year, I grinned and said "YES, PLEASE." Just scrolling across you tube. My mother loved quilting. She died in 2005. I commented to my husband as I watched you how much I think she would of loved following you and all the quilters.
