Kapil thank you so much for this video. My Windows 10 laptop had not updated fully since 2019 to my surprise. It would only partially update even after I manually tried to update. Thanx. Next video you should show us all of the programs you have in your start menu before and after the repair upgrade as proof that we wont have to reinstall anything again. Maybe a part 2 video showing the programs that are still on your system and not deleted.

I downloaded the media creation tool but failed to upgrade my windows 10 64 bit os using online method. Should I go for the repair upgrade? Also I want to know whether I should remove my security software Kaspersky internet security before downloading the ISO file before repair upgrade?

I've tried doing that but when it goes to do the install it always fails. I have a problem when I tried to do Windows updates something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later.

I for the life of me do not understand why it says Install on the prompt & on the same prompt it has a (repair your computer) also leading one to think there's a difference when a "repair" IS an installation overwriting windows. I was on that loop for a while before I found out that repair meant overwriting windows. Many talented people working for windows with little common sense. Thanks for your video, I wish I had found it sooner ! I probably avoid all the years of updates by biting the win 11 bullet sooner than later.

I am not able to open Windows File Explorer. I am on windows 10 x64. I had installed Explorer++ and replaced the default windows file system with Explorer++. I had then uninstalled it without first reverting back to default windows file system and that is when the issue started. To fix it temporarily, I reinstalled Explorer++ but since then I have never been able to start windows file explorer. Is there any specific solution for it?
