As a senior who has worked her entire life paying taxes, I am greatly sickened by the border crisis. I am also sickened by how much time has been spent on the Jan 6th item. When I'm doing my best just to pay rent and have food to eat, I could care less what happened well over a year ago and who's to blame or not. My concern is just trying to survive in this economy.

I can remember when gas was 25 cents, you could fill the back of a pickup truck with groceries for 40 bucks. People were doing pretty good and we didn't have all this killing. You could leave your doors open, and neighbors helped neighbors . People had respect for each other and life was pretty good . What i would give for those days again. America is headed in the toilet . What a shame.

We all need lower gas prices. Soon no one will be able to afford to drive to work. They should of let the pipeline project go through and it would of created jobs that were needed and helped with the foreign oil dependency. They made a huge mistake in shutting that down. Take care of people here, not other people coming into this country. Providing benefits for people who didn't earn them or deserve them is just wrong when we cannot take care of our own. Stop giving taxpayers money away to others who don't deserve or need it. We gave enough to everyone else take care of our people!

Absolutely insane how billions were sent to help ukraine (when 23 other countries could have taken the wheel) and our own people are losing homes, paying more in gas and having a hard time with food. And i say this with a lot of respect and empathy to ukraine.

This morning gas jumped 30¢ a gallon from $4.90 to $5.20 here just south of Indianapolis, IN. Impeach Biden.
