The best thing about this episode is that Nev said in the beginning that the Catfish sounded like he wasn't all that into him but Truth was in denial. Truth said he liked crazy and drama but he seems to be the one out of touch with reality by not acknowledging cheating on his girlfriend.

The catfish guy is right. You can't waste your time trying to get love out of someone who doesn't care enough to put in any effort into the relationship. He wasted his own 10 months by putting all his eggs in one basket, having high expectations for a stranger, and then enlisting catfish to chase someone that doesn't want him.
