In the Sonubaits range you will find mixes that cover everything from 'strong' fishmeal mixes, those that contain medium levels of fishmeal, 'weaker' fishmeal mixes and even those that contain no fishmeal at all. Excellent video. Do Sonubaits do a chart that sets out which groundbaits are “strong”, “medium” and “weak”?

Hi Lee, very nice and clear explanation of the grounbaits, love your videos learning a lot from them. This video is about summer and winter period. Witch ones would you choose about spring say march, April, may? I am a dedicated method feeder and traditional feeder angler on commercials and slow flowing canals. Greetings from Belgium. Koen

I can't remember the last time I seen F1 dark on the shelves. Will it ever make a come back ?

Looks like summer when this was filmed. In the winter, i add sea salt to my ground bait which is normally 60% F1 dark and a handful of halibut, 10ish% and 20ish% expander. I also add a little salmon oil into the mix, and molasses in with the water.

Love the insight. I have a question why doesn't the worm groundbait ever get a mention ?
I use it 95% of the time, and banoffee mixed with krill &squid . Never had a bad day using them.

Lee/Rob yes it was good of you to put this out but you two are quite pioneers for our sport and these mixes are copied and transferred when sponsorship comes to an end, what I'm saying here even the recipe for Kentucky fried chicken isn't a secret anymore and if you can look up your website to find these things of what baits to use and when, why is it not put on the bags outlining the content cos the only secret is to us the consumer isn't it? Spring, summer, Autumn, winter, printed rather than cool! It needs to be addressed by top anglers like yourselves! How many of us walk into a shop and say can I use this for paste? Can I use this for cloud for roach, or am I more likely to catch more bream with it than carp? We just want to know what we're buying Lee and you and Rob can take this forward and provide us with clarity! That's all I'm saying cos if the grown ups don't know then how do the kids? it's high time a campaign begun and let's be honest those in the tackle shops don't even know!
