How much rotation is too much, though? So many good, injury-resistant athletes are often said to be pidgen-toed, like Jordan. You would probably agree it provides better structural safety than being duck-footed, but how much is too much? In fact, what is the "optimal" position according to you, Emily? Cheers!

I try to get my son to walk like a duck, out toeing. But I can see how this doesn’t address the tibial or the femoral rotation.
