From these video alone, I can’t tell whether WSJ hates or like Elon, they are simply reporting the facts. The true mark of objective journalism. Great work!

I like the path the Journal is taking on YouTube content. It's fresh, makes sense and is easy to watch without a lot of filler. Thank you.

More reporting like this WSJ. No opinions or agendas just facts that portray both sides

He didnt exactly change his mind, he was losing in court big time and figured its a better look to “change his mind” than to admit he lost a court case and had to lay down 44 billion bc of it

That was disappointing. There was a lack of content from the Twitter side of things. Ever since Twitter bought Musk to court, all their conversations were made public.

So it's currently private. What happens if he crashes it's value and sells it off? Is it a tax write off? Can he do something like that to save his other companies from a high tax burden?

If someone hates you, just ask for the opposite of what you actually want.

There is more downside coming because current economic conditions can not and will not sustain any meaningful long term bull run for the near future. It's not me being bearish for the sake of being bearish. It's looking at the overall picture and there's really nothing overly positive going on right now.

Wait until Google and Apple cancel Twitter.

WSJ is the last bastion of actually reporting news and real journalism. Maybe that's why that reporter looks so scared and unsure. Be brave. We're gonna make it.

It makes more sense now.

The board of Twitter sees one of their most prolific and high profile users is a seemingly successful billionaire business boy that has a lot of criticisms of the platform.

They give this 'successful billionaire' one of those nice, cushy, highly paid seats on the board, find out he's an idiot and freeze him out.

With his ego dented, he starts angrily throwing money around and agrees to purchase the company and take it private, giving him sole control.

Reality eventually kicks in and he tries to back out but he gets legally forced to buy the company that he's already significantly devalued, for the amount be agreed to pay.

Presumably, when Twitter collapses, he's fine but his creditors lose the best part of 44 billion. But they can still sue for negligence causing the collapse and bankrupt him.

It'll be interesting to see where this story goes.
