I LOST MY MCLAREN BET WITH RICHARD HAMMOND

I was so close to complete the Mclaren 720s rebuild before Christmas but i have a vaild excuse on why i wasnt able to... in the meantime ive taken a trip to Copart to collect a new project car then headed over to @REPerformanceUK to collect my Twin Turbo Gallardo after some work.

The part you called a converter is actually a LED driver which prevents the flicker, try putting a diode at the end of the LED strip

To stop the flickering a capacitor might work.
A Capacitor is like a water reservoir for but for electricity. So, if you have messy power coming in, it will flow evenly out the other side of the capacitor.

The flickering thing happens on motorbikes too. Grab an Oxford indicator resistor from a motorbike shop and you'll be set. Also with LED strip's, if you rough up the silicon cover of the strip, it will give a more even light along the length instead of individual lights. Love the videos, keep it up mate, you've inspired me to get cracking on my TT

I like the fact that they ran the intakes from the turbos to the rear upper fender (or wing) vents on the Gallardo. And that they put enclosed air filters with that duct work that goes up to those top fender grilles. And the center exhaust with dumps looks awesome. I think the factory air boxes have duct work that goes to those rear top grills so well done lol. Gotta make it factory or better I always say lol. Happy Holidays 🎄

Glad you kept the back end of the Lambo open. Looks the biz with the new pipes and painted turbos!! 👍
For the light flickering, try putting a relay in between. That should habe enough resistance for the Lambo control circuit to "look" like a bulb.

Yeah, you need load resistors when going from incandescent to LED. They're really inexpensive though. I've upgraded my past cars/SUVs and motorcycles to LED and it prevents hyperflash if a turn signal or flickering if a steady light.
