Jeremy Clarkson has said that he wants people to stop blaming the producer he hit for his departure from Top Gear. Oisin Tymon has been the subject of threats on social media. Mr Clarkson told reporters that it was not the producer's fault, but did not respond to a question about whether he was worried about being arrested.

It's kind of astonishing that they literally go around hunting for people to interview. I mean Jeremy was literally just riding his bike down a road like any other everyday person and they are there sitting around the corner trying to pull him aside for an interview. It's honestly sad how basic aspects of life are taken away by paparazzies and media attention.
