Coleman CT200U-EX Tillotson 212 Upgrade

I swapped out the stock Hisun 196cc with a 10hp Tillotson 212cc Hemi engine and a 40 tooth rear sprocket.

I took the charging coils and fly wheel out the old hisun 196cc and put their my new engine to run the factory lights

This is the only bike by coleman I have not messed with yet Tillotson is a great motor I have a few of them myself new sub

Nice bike! That’s gonna be some fun building on. I have the same bike but in black. The ct200u-exv. That motor should give you all the power you need! 👍

I have a ct200u with a stock hisin 196cc engine, i bent the throttle limiting tab down since the screw was welded and zip tied the govenor and im getting like 35 mph top speed, which is really all i want from this bike, im not racing mine and i also dont wanna know what getting hurt at those speeds feels like let alone at 35mph, these bikes have crap welds, either front suspension only or no suspension at all, off road tires, no front brakes and were made with cheap parts all around, not sure how you were only getting 25mph, i was getting about 20 mph outta the box engine not touched
