New 2024 Porsche Cayenne Review - New Engines, Technology and Design!

Whats New:

Standard Porsche Cayenne engine is a 3L V6 turbo, it now generates 348 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque, up an extra 13 horsepower and 36 lb-ft of torque.

E- Hybrid = same V6 engine with a PHEV mates it with a new electric motor, total system output to 463 hp. The hybrid's battery pack has more capacity resulting with more electric-only driving range.
A new twin-turbo V8 - 468 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque 0 to 60 MPH in 4.4 seconds.
Cayenne Turbo GT also features that engine but its power is boosted to 650 horsepower. 0 to 60 MPH -3.1 seconds and has a top speed of 189 MPH.

The new technology is impressive:
* Updated interior design, including a new digital instrument panel
* new 12.6-inch digital gauge cluster - same one used in the all-electric Taycan
* Center screen - 12.3-inch center touchscreen
* new optional 10.9-inch touchscreen that's placed in front of the passenger
* redesigned center console with new climate controls
* relocated gear shifter
* wireless smartphone charger - vented

Really good review. Straight to the point. I’m in the market for a CPO Cayenne. I’m deciding between a 2023 Cayenne or 2024 base. This will be my first Porsche. I’ve worked long and hard to afford it.

After driving several vehicles, I ordered a base Cayenne. I decided since, I'm not going to be towing anything, I would go with the base Cayenne and spend the money on upgrades. I did upgrade the suspension, 21' wheels, and seats. I added a lot of upgrades and I'm happy with my choice.

Great review but who can really afford a vehicle that costs $100, 000 and up. I'm sure it's cool and all, I don't feel like going into financial ruins over a car. Maybe Laura is a millionaire. LOL. Honestly, I be so afraid to park it on the street or drive in heavy traffic with it.

I have always found the Hyundai styling of this car so disappointing. Why couldn't it look like a Range Rover sport or something?

I take it Lauren has a back up car. She wouldn't be exposing a car like that to the salt and chemicals that are spread over Buffalo's streets in the winter time. Unless she's got a garage that doubles as a car wash.
