The lady was super super nice and cleaned out most of it, so imagine the state it was in before. We really appreciate that she was willing to do that, so hats off to her! 🎩🙌

That said, the house is still in very rough condition, and that makes it all the better that I have my junk removal company to help me clean all this up. It’s going to be a decently difficult flip, since there are a number of things to address with the property to get it into shape as a rental, but it’s nothing I can’t handle! 💪👷‍♂️🧰
