Thank you so much for the instructions, they were just what I needed. Just want to add that your regime doesn't stop after moisturizing. You should ALWAYS use a Broad Spectrum SPF 30-75 even if you are staying inside, since passive sunlight comes through windows and doors--it is the best anti-aging product you can use. Some people think that if an SPF is included in their moisturizer, you do not have to add an SPF, but it is usually only 1%, which isn't nearly enough.

i keep seeing conflicting information as to whether or not the skin needs to be dry or with an oil. another dermatologist has a video with her performing a small dermaplaning session on herself but specified the use of an oil. i’m assuming it’s up to the individual’s skin?

This sounds to me like the only reason to do it at home is to have your skin be soft? Just curious if that's right. I heard it helps your skin look better and fade scars and stuff. But I don't want to bother if the only benefit is softer skin
