Bangladesh News | Political turmoil and violence persist in Bangladesh. Nearly 600 Bangladeshi nationals were stopped by BSF from entering India at the Jalpaiguri border. The border has been on high alert since former PM Sheikh Hasina's ousting on August 5. The group, fearing for their lives, pleaded for entry but was denied. They were returned to Bangladesh by Border Guard Bangladesh. Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus will lead the interim government starting August 8.

I am from Odisha, we are relatively a poor state. But still, most House contractors, construction labour here are from Bangladesh. No national media reports this.
Massive illegal migration happens through our 500 Km coastline which is close to Bangladesh.
They work in the state, get Aadhar card, enroll in welfare schemes in complicity with Govt officials, local leaders. NRC was also obstructed in our coastal districts.

I don't hate. Many come here after floods, cyclones. But the least our govt should do is to try and send them back. Or atleast some registration should happen. They are not bad people, similar culture but this should not be without supervision.

If you enter India, please go to Gujarat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, or Delhi. These are the safest places for Hindus, with many job opportunities and highly developed infrastructure. The North East, especially Tripura, has limited land and job opportunities. The indigenous people of Tripura have became from majority to minority status. If any ST member gets a job, they often face criticism. Nowadays, mainlanders are also against reservations in India. Bridge collapses, train accidents, airport terminal collapses, rainwater leaks inside Parliament, Ram Mandir leakage, and people blame reservations.
