Hundreds of Bangladeshi Hindus gathered at the international border with India in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district on Wednesday, seeking refuge amid claims of attacks in their home country. The group assembled near Dakshin Berubari village in the Jhaportala border outpost area but was stopped by the Border Security Force (BSF). The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) later escorted them back to Bangladesh.
