Quick & Easy Layered Florals | Terrific Tags with Michelle

Hey there, crafty friends! Do you want to create quick and easy layered florals? Michelle Short here, dropping by to inspire you with a card making video tutorial on how to quickly and easily create layered florals using Gradient Cardstock.

The layers of Craft-A-Flower: Carolina Allspice Layering Die Set were die cut from Gradient Cardstock and layered up. The leaves and flower were added to a Terrific Tag and a sentiment heat embossed. The tag was finished off by adhering on to a card base, adding scoring lines and ink blending for some added interest.

The tag is so beautiful Michelle. The colours are so pretty and as you say, they really pop against the white. It looked even lovelier on the card with the ombre pink blending behind. Stunning as always, and another excellent video.

@Altenew • Michelle: Very clear explanation & demo of this layering die set. Gradient papers are such a sure fire way to get a great result quickly.

I love the way you added the score lines for a little extra intetest then blended a matching ink to highlight them. And it was so nice to see part of the card, rather than the leaf, being sacrificed to fit into the card. 👍
