I am happy I bought those containers you used at 1.35, they are wonderful for everything form storing lettuce to paper clips. I bought the garlic press, oil and many of the ingredients and spices you use.

You should use a green apple in it.and cherry tomatoes and cucumbers and a bit of celery
And get sponsered by a gram cracker company.then use some raw egg in it.

Sam: You are from Vancouver - how can you make Chinese food without Ginger and Garlic?
Also, a little Sesame Oil wouldn't hurt to finish the dish.
Otherwise, looks great!

Put that concoction on some fresh wide rice noodles and be blown away! They are in the Asian market near the refrigerated noodles, but not refrigerated, at least in the Houston area. Also, scoot everything to the side of the wok and pour the sauce directly onto the hot wok to release all the goodness from the sauce then stir it in. I would also add 1-2 Tbs of water to the sauce....
