PORK CHOW MEIN l EASY PORK CHOW MEIN RECIPE

A mouth watering stir fry pork chow mein. Cooking is all about your taste, adjust accordingly.

INGREDIENTS :
400 grams pork belly, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tsp cornflour

227 grams chow mein noodle
1 onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large carrot, julienned
1 cup asparagus/green beans, sliced diagonally
230 grams cabbage, chopped
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
spring onion, chopped
cooking oil
1 tsp cornflour mix with 2 tbsp water.
