Показать описание
Confidence and command of your classroom come from having a great teaching voice.
In this video, we cover all of the different problems that language teachers can have with their voices and a bunch of tips on how to get it right. A teacher's voice, your voice, is one of the most important teaching tools you have. This is especially true for language teachers. Most of your confidence, engagement, and understanding will come from your voice.
TTT, graded language, speed, lack of articulation, running commentary, along with a plethora of other qualities, can truly cause issues in your classroom. In the video, we investigate 7 different kinds of teachers with different qualities of voice mistakes. I then give out tips on how to improve your voice and truly make it part of your teaching tools.
