If you want to save multiple photos at once, select the ones you want to save and hit the share button in the bottom left, then save.

when i dowoload my pictures they're end up being extremly blurry

Don't install ios18 if you need this functionality, they have removed it. As an editor they may as well have bricked my phone... Android time!
