I bought a new Iphone and when I logged into icloud I saw that a lot of my pictures weren't there, so I deleted all of them from icloud and then my old phone started putting my images from beginning, but suddenly it stopped at 1300 images and it's not moving at all, I am sure that I have enough space so I don't know where the problem is and how to make it continue putting stuff on icloud.
