I have an issue logging with using the authenticator app. I’m putting in the correct email and password but the “Approve sign in request” pops up where it shows me the 2 digit numbers. I log onto the authenticator app and nothing is popping up which leads to me not getting the “Are you trying to sign in?” Option where I type in the 2 digit numbers

I was very foolish and was selling my oldest accounts worth a lot and I forgot you don’t need a code to sign in my accounts but the kid asked and I did, without reading what the code was for I gave it to him. Unfortunately the code was to change the password and everything on my account, so now he has full access to 2 of my best accounts and he set up the accounts with the authentication app. I was very clueless and dumb but I see no way to talk to a real Microsoft agent. What should I do…?
