I wonder if there's a way to make the button go back to shooting when looking at pictures instead to lock the pic (like what shutter focus doing). it makes me miss some shots when I check the picture and want to shoot quickly afterwards.

Can not find the af on button

Does anyone know how to turn back button auto-focus OFF?! I like to use it myself, but sometimes if someone else uses my camera for a minute then I don’t want to explain to them how to use it, I just want to make it simple for them.

Hey, thanks for the tip. Is it normal for my autofocus to make slightly tinty/squeeky sounds when focusing? I know you're supposed to hear the motor, but I feel like there's an extra sound.

hey...I found out that that feature is different when you're in live view. when in live view in my 3300 it doesn't disactivate the shutter release auto focus is this normal anyone?
