Is one of your window switches on your driver's side (master) not working? First check to see if the switch to the actual window works. It it does, then that means there is most likely an issue with the master switch assembly. This video shows you how to pop out and change the master switch assembly.
The part number in the link above is supposedly good for Honda Accord years 2013-2015. You can try taking the original assembly apart to solder if that's your gift, but I don't have the tools to work at the microlevel. It's much easier to just switch out the entire assembly- very close to plug and play.
You'll need two medium flat blade screwdrivers, one medium phillips screwdriver, and a new master switch assembly. After you pop out the arm rest attachment, you'll just unscrew the master switch assembly and screw in the new one. Test the assembly before securing the arm rest piece back into place.
