Learn how to manage your messages in your Inbox. This video will teach you how to delete and export messages and remove numbers from your contact database. It will also show you how to search for text reply messages and keyword response messages that are stored within your Inbox.

Welcome To: The Inbox Tutorial Video.
Once you've logged in, locate and click on the little blue envelope at the top right corner. This is where your message inbox is located; you will notice a dropdown menu that shows various viewing options.

'All' will show you every message in your inbox, text reply shows SMS responses from your subscribers that have been forwarded to your inbox. You will also notice that the dropdown menu contains keywords that you have created.

By clicking on any of these keywords you will see messages that are directly related to the selected keyword. And finally the all keyword option shows you every message that your subscribers have sent from invalid keyword responses.

Both tabs allow you to delete messages, export messages and remove numbers from your database. All you have to do is simply click the message you which to delete, export or remove from a database and click on a respective button.

You can also select the number of messages you which to display on your screen, with the display dropdown tool.

The inbox even has a search bar, which allows you to search for particular messages or users that have sent you a message.
