I've been living alone for 5 months now and it's the best thing I've ever done. As an introvert, I love being able to come home to my own space each day to recharge. Of course, it *can* get lonely sometimes, but I've gotten better at striking the balance between alone time and social time 🫂 These are a few tips I've picked up along the way, I hope it helps ☺️

Yes I can relate with this so much!! My favourite part of my evening routine is cleaning the kitchen/doing the dishes! I also agree that the weekends can be the most difficult and that is why I always make plans with people. So glad to see you’re enjoying living alone! 😁💕

This is the ultimate dream. I sometimes wonder about the alone time I did have and how much of it I've actually wasted. *Sigh*

I wish living alone was affordable. I used to live alone but because everything is so expensive now I have roommates again and it sucks.

This video is for me!!! I'm an introvert and is currently on my last semester as a senior and I'm trying to figure out if I should get an apartment when I start college, thank you!!! 🙏💖

I've been living alone for ten years: the pros - become the person I want to. Do what I want, when I want. Create my own space. Become creative. The cons: Everything I just said.

Really love the vibes of this video! However for me living alone is going pretty badly as I feel quite lonely a lot of times even though I often meet up with friends. Also I am more on the extrovert side, so that might influence that too
I find it very interesting how different people are, e.g. my brother loves living alone just like you💗

I can't say for certain if I'm an introvert or extrovert. I'm possibly a bit of both... but BOY do I dream of living alone! Definitely need to take note of some of the stuff you said here though. Thanks for sharing.

You're back! Yaaaay!!!! All my favorite YouTubers are coming back out of hiding. ❤️ Coolzeez.

I use to sleep in the floor in the living room with my daughter and said that we were having a sleep over. We would just set up some blankets, pillows, and a sleeping bag. We would watch our favorite movies and eat popcorn while lying in the floor. 😊 You can make up your own rules when you're in charge 😉

This video couldn’t have come at a better time. I have been trying to decide if I’m ready to live alone bc my roommates are graduating this semester but I’ll still be in college.

I'm so happy to have watched this video... you're actually living my dream life 🥺. I've always wanted to living alone but can't afford that life now and I'm stuck with my brother. Not in a bad way though but as an introvert and he's an extrovert, so we really don't want same things always

I've learned background noise is very important for me. I'll run the washer and dryer, turn on the fan, or the a/c or heater, the tv or youtube on my phone, the radio. Got to have noise, sometimes a lot of noise. I had a fairly big family and quietness is weird to me. Having a pet helps, plants help, fish tank helps. I find writing in a journal helps as does listening to loud'ish music. Meditating sometimes does. And also, just getting out for a few minutes does too, going for a short walk or sitting on the patio, or going to the store, going for a 30 minute drive around the city. Something else that has been very useful is creating to-do lists, keeps me on a schedule of sorts so I make sure i'm staying busy and keeping the house clean and errands done. Hobbies help too, in my case: lego's, coloring, video games, creating excel lists to track goals, playing with my dogs, etc. I've got to stay active when alone, or I'll go cuckoo from the boredom.

For me living by my own was hard at the very beggining, I cried a lot, especially that I have lived in 4-members family and than with my boyfriend, but now I LOVE it, being ambivert, but not much social, I mean, I don't need company that much. And I work from home, which is also nive. I love my little home. <3 (1 room)
