I think earth's rotation speed decreased not due to the water store in the dam was due to the amount of Concrete and steel used to construct it if I am Right Let me Know as the reservoir is not that massive

Three gorge dam is built on clay zone, so muddy river water brings huge quantity mud at dam. The electric generator catch so much mud. Soon the dam will collapse and people will die in flood.
