Anice Bishop, CYT, came along with South Central Kentucky Kids on the Block to visit with the children at Bonnieville Elementary in Hart County (2013). Hot Yoga BG's introduces yoga to school children through their program, School House Rockin' Yoga, after the KOB's Obesity Program. The children love to see and try different yoga moves. This program makes exercising FUN , helps to relieve stress and encourages creativity, as well as exercise.
