Severe Flat Feet In Early Childhood Leads To Later Problems

Poor young man. I’m glad his parents brought him to you. I grew up with flat feet. I’m in my late 60’s with all kinds of problems. Great he is getting help early.

My daughter is now 34 years old... starting in the middle of 2022, she had each foot reconstructed, and a small arch was created for her. First, the right foot, then the left. It's been a loooong journey, but well worth it. She is still healing, but she can already tell the difference. My daughter suffered almost all her life.

I wish, I wish, I wish I had advocated for her before it got so bad by taking her to a podiatrist. I didn't realize it would get so bad for her. I have flat feet also, but not as severe.

The Dr. gives good advice here.

I have had flat feet all my life and I never knew it was treatable. So what can you do for flat feet?

I wish I was taken to the doctor at a young age for this. Mine were like this too. I’ve had 2 surgeries later in life after seeking help on my own. I’m still suffering; better, but live with daily pain & they are still flat 😢

Omg my son is flatfooted I never took him to a pediatrist t he is 37 years old know I don't know he never had problems when Yung don't know now that he is older and working

i had flat feet. in 2nd grade I wore ugly special saddle shoes. hated them.

Where are you located i have very flat feet as well and have been thru many podiatrist. I have orthodics but i feel like somthing is still wrong
